Faculty/Staff may use this application to request a new or manage an existing generic e-mail account.

Students are not eligible to submit generic E-mail account requests on behalf of departments, programs, or student organizations. This includes students employed by the University.

Student organizations may request the use of a generic E-mail account by submitting a request through a department or program advisor. The advisor must be a Faculty or Staff member with a valid MSU NetID. The advisor is responsible for obtaining permission from his/her department or program to utilize a generic account allotment for this purpose.
